Awana Presentation Sunday!
Sunday, March 30th we had Awana Presentation Sunday!
We had a great year at awana. I'm calling it our refresh year. As we made quite a few adjustments, to our curriculum and schedule, as well as had MANY new kids experience their first ever Awana with us. It was a fantastic year to refresh and renew the program into what works best for us at Denton Nazarene.
The kids were so eager to learn, grow, and have fun. Which, helped many be able to complete their entire books this year.
A special thanks goes out to all our volunteers who have come and taken time out of their evening to pour into these kids, and help them hide God's Word in their hearts. Their service does not go unnoticed and I appreciate every single one of them.
God is so good, and it has been a true blessing this year to help direct and lead this program again. I truly look forward to what God has in store for this program, the volunteers, and kids who participated in awana.

This year's Awana Club is coming to an end the last meeting is on April 2nd. The next session of Awana will begin on September 17th and run through April 1st, 2026.

Great news for those asking about VBS! We are excited to announce that VBS will be held again this year June 23rd to 27th, with theme "True North." More details will be shared as the date approaches.
